German winger Marcel Hilßner was tipped for a bright career at the Skyblues but it’s been anything but. After arriving from SC Paderborn in the summer, he had a good pre-season before being diagnosed with a lung issue. Despite starting well at Oldham whilst out on loan, his goals soon dried up and he spent last season on loan at FSV Zwickau but has since suffered an ACL injury and remains on the sideline for the next eight months at least.
